How It Works
This label is based on UHF RFID technology, where the Impinj® Monza® R6-P chip is embedded within a multi-layer structure of PET, aluminum foil, and foam to ensure stable performance on metal surfaces. The antenna is specifically tuned to reduce interference from metal, maintaining consistent signal behavior.
During operation, UHF RFID readers emit radio frequency energy that powers the passive chip, which then transmits a unique ID back to the system. This enables fast, contactless identification and real-time tracking of metal assets across warehouse and industrial environments.
