How Does It Work?
Each card contains a thin HF RFID inlay positioned within the internal layers. When brought near an HF reader, the card’s antenna harvests energy from the reader’s field and activates the NXP® ICODE® SLIX chip. This passive, contactless process enables fast, repeatable, and highly accurate card detection without affecting the card’s appearance or usability.
